Local Lifestyle

Boaters make up a bulk of the buyers in Aqualane Shores. The neighborhood’s deep-water canals lead to the Gulf of Mexico and Naples Bay, making it an idyllic starting point for anyone who wants to explore their surroundings by water. However, there’s also plenty to see and do for those who aren’t big on the boating lifestyle. Aqualane Shores also features white-sand beaches, one-of-a-kind restaurants and boutiques, and plenty of preserves and parks. Whether you prefer to pass your time soaking up the Florida sunshine or shopping to your heart’s content, you’re sure to find a pastime that suits your personal lifestyle.

Dining, Shopping, and Entertainment

Thanks to its proximity to Third Street South, Aqualane Shores offers an array of high-end shopping and dining options. For some of the best Italian food around, head to the award-winning Campiello restaurant, where you can sample wood-fired pizzas, housemade pasta, and a rotating regional menu. If you’re in the mood for steak instead, head to the Parisian-inspired steakhouse D'Amico's Continental on 3rd Street, which is known for its hand-cut steaks made from Wagyu and Piedmontese beef. After enjoying their meal, guests can head to the 30-seat cocktail bar to watch some live music. If you’re looking for a breezy, island-inspired meal, head to Tommy Bahama. Distinguished as the very first Tommy Bahama restaurant, this location serves tropical creations like grilled chicken mango salad, coconut shrimp, pineapple creme brulee, and pina colada cake.

Things to Do

Situated on nearly 13 acres, Cambier Park is a popular gathering spot thanks to its spring itinerary of concerts in the park. Facilities include basketball courts, bocce ball courts, shuffleboard courts, tennis courts, a playground, and a covered pavilion. There’s also plenty of green space so visitors can enjoy a picnic with friends.

Aqualane Shores also features several community-wide events throughout the year. On the 4th of July, many residents head to the historic Naples Pier to watch fireworks light up the sky. And during the winter, many people enjoy heading to Third Street South to watch the annual Christmas tree lighting.
