Jessica is a Licensed Real Estate Broker for Compass Real Estate with O'Neill Residential in both Florida and Illinois. Her mission is to provide excellent service, advice, and guidance to her clients so they can truly find the home of their dreams. To Jessica, real estate is not just about the transaction but is about establishing long-lasting relationships with her clients.

Jessica was born and raised in the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago. She attended Indiana University Bloomington and moved to Chicago right after graduation. She now resides in sunny Naples, FL with her husband John and goldendoodle Rudy. In her spare time, she loves to spend time with family and friends, try new restaurants in the neighborhood, and take long walks on the beach.

MATT ROSENBERG

A Chicago native and graduate of Northeastern University, he received a BA in Education and History. Prior to entering the real estate world Matt was a high school teacher on Chicago’s Southside where he taught in some of Chicago’s most challenging neighborhoods mentoring low-income students. In addition to his teaching career Matt has owned several businesses and has coached baseball collegiately at the University of Illinois (Chicago). Many of his former players have gone on to play professional baseball.

An entrepreneurial spirit and deep, inherent sense of service attracted him to real estate. It’s this servant’s heart combined with work-ethic, that make him the ideal agent for buyers and sellers alike.

Ali began her real estate career after earning her undergraduate and law degrees at Vanderbilt University, and practicing transactional law in New York City. Ali also gained first-hand exposure to real estate through her family’s real estate investments. Ali has emerged as an extremely well rounded agent with a knowledge of finance, negotiation, and a work ethic exceeded only by her passion to serve her clients.

Ali’s dedication to people extends well beyond the borders of Compass as she has dedicated her free time serving as a member of the Vanderbilt Alumni Association, volunteering at Ronald McDonald House, and serving as a member of the Women’s Venture Fund. At work and at play, Ali’s ability to problem solve serves her clients and the community well.
